Residents of Jackson County will be given special consideration, but other candidates can be considered. Students must be an undergraduate full-time student pursuing a baccalaureate degree and demonstrate financial need. Preference to students who maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher; consideration given to those who maintain a GPA of 2.5 and show academic promise.
