Fund is to provide scholarship support for out-of-state students attending WVSU. The preferred candidate is a returning undergraduate or graduate, full time student; and demonstrates academic merit with a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred. Scholarship award may be renewed upon satisfactory progress. First preference to students from Miami, FL.
